Refund Policy

1. Monthly Plan

Monthly subscriptions are billed at $16.99/month and are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to Pro features through the end of your paid period. No future charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Annual Plan — 7-Day Refund Window

Annual subscriptions are billed at $143.88/year. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.

After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop the subscription from renewing.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hgtsolutions@outlook.fr with:

• Subject line: Refund Request — Pro Listing FBA
• The email address associated with your account
• Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, helps us improve)

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. How to Cancel

1. Go to the generator and click your profile picture (top right)
2. Select Subscription
3. Click Cancel subscription

Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days on monthly plans.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The request is outside the applicable refund window
• Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• You failed to cancel before an automatic renewal
• Dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preference regarding AI output quality

6. EU Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If you have already used the Service during that period, a proportional deduction may apply.
