2. Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, and password (managed via Clerk authentication).
Usage Data
Listings you generate, product names, keywords, selected marketplaces, and listing history stored in our database.
Payment Information
Billing details processed by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, support)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To improve the Service using aggregated, anonymized data
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your listing content to train AI models.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:
- Account and listing data is deleted within 30 days
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law
- Server logs are purged within 12 months
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences (e.g., dark/light mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party trackers or analytics pixels are loaded on the Service.
6. California Residents — CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:
- Right to Know: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to Opt-Out: we do not sell personal information, so this right is not applicable
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at hgtsolutions@outlook.fr.
